"Dear Sir My friend and I used your services to hire cars on our visit to Orlando in May. We were quite apprehensive because, having hired cars in the USA for over ten years, I had experienced problems on every occasion. These ranged from minor disagreements over insurance requirements to incidences of having several hundred dollars charged to my credit card, without reason or consent. As you can imagine, we expected the worse. I am delighted to say that everything went exactly to plan, which I believe is testament to your excellent service. "Dear Ian Thank you for the efficient and helpful way you dealt with my request for car hire in Florida. I received my voucher by return of post. As I mentioned I had trawled the web and your rates were most competitive. I also rang a few leading car hire firms and holiday autos but they were far in excess of your rates but did offer me a price match. My thinking is if they were not competive in the first place they must be making a lot out of me so why bother with them, that isn't fair trading. From booking to obtaining was all done in a professional and easy manner. We also got an upgrade without charge. Thanks to you, in so much as your request for a roof rack, they obviously did not have one, so we were offered an upgrade free of charge. (Citroen Xsara is that the correct spelling, 14.00 injection with a/c). We are so grateful to you. Thank you so much.
